What it is

The primary male sex hormone. Licensed replacement products exist as specific brands. Underground multi-ester oils are not TRT clinic stock.

Risks

Androgenic and anabolic effects, suppression of natural testosterone, infertility, dyslipidaemia, hypertension, hepatotoxicity (especially 17α-alkylated orals), psychiatric change, and injection-site infection for oils. Sport-banned.

Regulatory status

Approved as specific prescription presentations; grey-market oils are unlicensed.
